Apprenticeship can help businesses fill open positions and enable a diverse pipeline of workers to access good jobs. Still, the U.S. underutilizes apprenticeship compared to international peers. Join Reps. Susan Davis (D-CA) and Brett Guthrie (R-KY), co-chairs of the bipartisan Apprenticeship Caucus, business leaders, workforce partners, and employees to discuss how federal policy can support and scale the partnerships, business engagement and worker retention that enable them to expand work-based learning and apprenticeship to more businesses and more workers.
